Lexington, Kentucky (CNN) -- If thoroughbred race horses are the oil of Kentucky, then Lexington is OPEC and the Keeneland Auction is its commodity exchange.

Clearview Horse Farm in Shelbyville, TN held another successful family fun show yesterday (4/03/2010). The show featured fun classes such as the Egg and Spoon and Musical Mats, in addition to the usual show classes such as Western Pleasure, Racking, Barrels, and Poles. Riders such as Ellie Smith on her Arabian /Quarter cross speed mare Buttercup to Sonny Nicholson on Red, his trusted Tennessee walker trail horse, made the event even more special to watch. Both of them were so calm and confident in their riding skills and their horses’ capabilities they were a pleasure to watch. Clearview owner Marie Lloyd has put together a wonderful facility with an atmosphere for horse showing at its best!
